Short description
Shelly Pro Dimmer 0/1-10V PM is a DIN-mountable dimming controller for remote control of 0–10 V and 1–10 V drivers via phone, tablet, PC, or home automation system. It can operate standalone on local Wi-Fi or through cloud services. The device is a current-sourcing controller and supports both 0–10 V and 1–10 V driver types.
Main features
- DIN rail mountable
- Power measurement for precise energy monitoring
- Bluetooth connectivity
- BLE Gateway between BLE and Wi-Fi devices
- Wi-Fi connectivity
- Wi-Fi range extender
- Ethernet connectivity
- Scripting for custom automations
- Basic Schedules (weekly): brightness, transition duration, flip value
- Advanced Schedules (year-round): second-to-month timing, brightness, transition, flip value
- Auto on/off timers
- Local actions on LAN (brightness, transition, flip value)
- Webhooks for event-driven integrations
- High compatibility with third-party systems, including KNX
- No hub required (use locally or via Shelly Smart Control/third-party)
- Activity log with detailed event history
- KVS (key-value storage) for persistent data
- KNXnet/IP communication
- Safety: over current/voltage/power protections
- Virtual and BTHome components (user-created virtual entities)
- Diverse driver integration: 0–10 V and 1–10 V drivers (lights, motors, valves)
- Night Mode for reduced brightness at night
- Switch/Button input modes: one-button and dual-button dimming
- Transition duration control
- Minimum brightness on toggle On
- Min/Max brightness range limiting
- Button fade rate (default 3×)
- Button presets on double-push (default 100%)
At 0% brightness in both 0–10 V and 1–10 V modes, no light is emitted and the relay is off. In the web interface and Shelly Smart Control app the light may appear “on” because no explicit off action is performed.
Use cases
- Adjust brightness of 0–10 V dimmable lights
- Create schedules to auto-adjust brightness throughout the day
- Retrofit existing lighting and keep current wall switches
- Sync lighting with sunrise/sunset using schedules
- Enable Night Mode for low nighttime levels
- Integrate with third-party platforms (Home Assistant, Google Home, Alexa, SmartThings)
- Single or double button press to dim up/down
- Monitor and measure power usage for energy management
