Return Window
You have 14 days from receipt to request a return. Items must be in the same condition as received, unworn/unused, with tags and original packaging, and you must include the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
Email sales@smarthomeusa.tech to obtain authorization and a return label. Send returns to:

Items Returned Without Authorization
Packages sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Inspect orders upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate and make it right.
Exchanges
For the fastest turnaround, return the item and place a new order once your return is accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene, certain items are final sale when clearly marked (for example, opened consumables, customized goods, and items designated non-returnable). This does not affect your rights regarding defective products under Texas law.
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error or a defective item, we cover return shipping. Otherwise, return shipping may be deducted from your refund if we provide the label, or you may choose your own insured carrier.
Title & Risk on Returns
You’re responsible for the condition of goods until delivered to us. Use a trackable method and keep proof of shipment.
